
The Original Maui Ribs are thinly cut high quality beef short ribs,
marinated in our incredible (all natural, no cholesterol, fat free) sauce. This is a raw product which is ready for the BBQ. Enjoy, they are fabulous.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:
Defrost ribs before heating. To defrost, submerge unopened bag of ribs in cold water for 20 minutes or store in the refrigerator overnight.STORAGE / HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:
Keep refridgerated prior to use.Refridgerate leftovers immediately or discard.
*REMOVE PRODUCT FROM POUCH PRIOR TO HEATING.
BARBEQUE
- BE CAREFUL NOT TO POUR EXCESS SAUCE ONTO THE GRILL.
- IF DESIRED, USE EXCESS SAUCE FOR BASTING.
- PLACE ON PREHEATED GRILL FOR 4-6 MINUTES ON MEDIUM-HIGH.
- TURN OVER AND HEAT FOR ANOTHER 4-6 MINUTES.
- TURN MORE FREQUENTLY IF DESIRED.
- COOK THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 74°C (165°).
PAN FRY
- PLACE ON PREHEATED PAN FOR 4-6 MINUTES ON MEDIUM-HIGH.
- TURN OVER AND COOK FOR ANOTHER 4-6 MINUTES.
- TURN MORE FREQUENTLY IF DESIRED.
- COOK THOROUGHLY TO AND INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 74°C (165°).
OVEN
- SET OVEN TO BROIL AND LET PREHEAT.
- PUT RIBS IN AN OVEN PROOF PAN AND PLACE ON CENTRE RACK.
- BROIL FOR 4-6 MIN EACH SIDE.
- COOK THOROUGHLY TO AND INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 74°C (165°) REMOVE AND ENJOY.
