History

For three generations we have proudly been serving The Original Maui Ribs. From humble beginnings influenced originally by Korea and the Kalbi flavourings associated with that beautiful country.

Onward to the Hawaiian Islands which are filled with restaurants famous for their various takes on that flavor profile.Truly a Hawaiian staple and a must at any social gathering.

Herb Feinstein brought the recipe to Canada in 1986, and started making The Original Maui sauce for family, friends and eventually his customers.

We have honoured this recipe through to today and to our absolute delight we are proud to introduce The Original Maui to the next generation.
