Maui Sauce Pre-cooked Pork Ribs

A full rack of premium pork back ribs.

Sous vide low and slow in our "world famous" Maui Rib Glaze. This process ensures the ribs are tender, fall off the bone and burst with flavor.

These ribs come to you fully cooked. Just follow one of the recommended heating instructions and you are ready to eat.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Defrost ribs before heating. To defrost, submerge unopened bag of ribs in cold water for 20 minutes or store in the refrigerator overnight.

STORAGE / HANDLING INSTRUCTIONS:

Keep frozen prior to use.
Refridgerate leftovers immediately or discard.


*REMOVE PRODUCT FROM POUCH PRIOR TO HEATING.

BARBEQUE
  • BE CAREFUL NOT TO POUR EXCESS SAUCE ONTO THE GRILL.

  • IF DESIRED, USE EXCESS SAUCE FOR BASTING.

  • PLACE ON PREHEATED GRILL, BONE SIDE DOWN AND HEAT FOR 7-8 MINUTES ON MEDIUM-HIGH.

  • TURN OVER AND HEAT FOR ANOTHER 6-7 MINUTES.

  • TURN MORE FREQUENTLY IF DESIRED.

  • COOK THOROUGHLY TO AN INTERNAL TEMPERATURE OF 74°C (165°).

  • PREHEAT OVEN TO 230°C (450°F).

  • PUT RIBS BONE SIDE DOWN IN AN OVEN PROOF PAN AND PLACE ON CENTRE OVEN RACK.

  • BAKE FOR 15 MINUTES.

  • REMOVE AND ENJOY.

  • IF MICROWAVE IS TOO SMALL FOR FULL RACK HEATING, CUT IN HALF AND PLACE SIDE-BY-SIDE ON MICROWAVABLE DISH.

  • HEAT ON MEDIUM-HIGH (70% POWER) FOR 8-11 MINUTES.

  • BE CAREFUL, IT'S HOT! REMOVE AND ENJOY.
